Ask the person or organisation you are paying — they are the only reliable source for their own code. You can check that a code you have been given is the right shape on our SWIFT and BIC codes page.
Security
Client funds are held safeguarded with regulated partner institutions, separate from Uptex's own funds. Electronic money accounts are not covered by deposit guarantee schemes.
Sensitive actions require strong customer authentication, and eligible card purchases are protected by 3D Secure. We may ask you to confirm an action in the app before it completes.
Sign in on another supported device to review your trusted devices and sign out of the one you have lost. Contact support without delay if you believe someone else can access your account.
Critical security alerts cannot be switched off. Other notifications are yours to configure in the app.
Fees
Every fee is shown before you confirm a payment or exchange. Full pricing will be published at launch.
No undisclosed Uptex fees. All applicable Uptex fees are set out in the price list; third-party fees may apply.
